The core of our achievements is our team. We believe in people and shared values SELECT. That’s why, together with Valeria Omelianenko — Paid Media Design Team Lead, we’re looking for a Marketing Creative Designer to join our new team transforming the EdTech industry.

What will you do:

  • Create marketing creatives for the Nibble product;
  • Explore, test, and implement new AI tools and services to enhance creative workflows;
  • Analyze creative performance and independently generate hypotheses for improvement;
  • Collaborate with creative marketers and contribute to brainstorming sessions;
  • Generate ideas that can influence product features and content;
  • Collaborate closely with creative marketers;
  • Share knowledge and contribute to team expertise.


What do you need to join us:

  • 2+ years of commercial experience as a Graphic Designer;
  • Strong understanding of typography, color, and composition;
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe tools (Photoshop, Illustrator);
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends, competitor activity, and niche developments;
  • Experience using AI tools;
  • High attention to detail and the ability to find quick, effective solutions;
  • A strong portfolio showcasing relevant work;
  • Learn quickly and adapt to change;
  • Alignment with the values of our team (SELECT).


Would be a plus:

  • Experience with After Effects or CapCut;
  • Performance-driven mindset: experience with testing and hypothesis validation;
  • Experience analyzing competitors using Ads Library.

Our recruitment steps & Working schedule:

Recruitment process:

  1. Initial call with a Talent Acquisition Specialist — 30 minutes
  2. Test assignment
  3. Soft skills interview with the Hiring Manager — up to 1.5 hours
  4. Final interview with a C-level executive — up to 1.5 hours


Working schedule:

This is a full-time position with a hybrid remote option. You can choose to work from the office, remotely, or combine both.
