Senior Windows System Engineer

Location: Remote (EU, Ukraine, CIS, Balkans)
 

Employment: Full-time, long-term project

We are looking for an experienced Senior Windows System Engineer to join a long-term international project focused on Windows-based kiosk and embedded systems.

This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy working close to the operating system layer, configuring and optimizing specialized Windows environments, and supporting industrial or embedded hardware platforms.

Must have skills (hard, technical):

• Senior-level experience as a Windows System Engineer.
• Strong expertise with Windows 10 IoT Enterprise and/or Windows 11 IoT Enterprise.
• Hands-on experience with Windows Kiosk Mode.
• Experience with Shell Launcher v2.
• Experience with Unified Write Filter (UWF).
• Strong PowerShell scripting skills.
• Experience with WMI, COM/DCOM, and DLL-related integrations.
• Experience deploying and managing Python services on Windows.
• Knowledge of DISM and WinPE.
• Experience working with industrial SBCs or embedded x86 platforms.
