Middle Business Analyst

We are looking for a Middle Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and the development team by transforming business needs into clear, structured, and actionable requirements.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Create user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and specifications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, QA engineers, and product teams.
• Participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, and prioritization activities.
• Support the development team by clarifying requirements and business logic.
• Create and maintain project documentation, diagrams, and analytical artifacts.
• Work with APIs and integrations to define and validate system requirements.
• Support testing and ensure delivered solutions meet business needs.

Requirements

• 2+ years of commercial experience as a Business Analyst in software development projects.
• Hands-on experience in fintech, banking, payments, lending, or other financial services domains.
• Strong understanding of business analysis practices and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear and actionable development tasks.
• Understanding of REST APIs, integrations, and client-server architecture.
• Experience creating process flows, diagrams, wireframes, and other analytical artifacts.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Nice to Have

• Experience with mobile applications.
• Familiarity with Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI, Jira, and Confluence.
• Experience with Figma, Miro, Draw.io, or similar tools.
