We are an outsourcing company partnering with fintech and crypto businesses. Business Analyst’s role is a part of a client project specializing in cryptocurrency exchange. You’ll join a product development team.

Requirements:

• Experience: 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software product development.

• Web3 & Fintech Knowledge: Strong understanding of crypto-fintech products, blockchain concepts, and digital assets, with the ability to work effectively in complex Web3 environments.

• Technical Transform Skills: Ability to transform complex technical and blockchain-related concepts into clear, structured business language for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Agile Product Delivery: Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Soft Skills: Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Technical Writing & Documentation: Strong experience creating, structuring, and maintaining business, functional, and product documentation from scratch throughout the product lifecycle, including requirements specifications, User Stories, acceptance criteria, etc.

• Tools & Collaboration Platforms: Proficiency in Jira and Confluence for requirements management, backlog maintenance, and documentation.

• English: At least intermediate-level English.

Responsibilities:

• Business Analysis & Requirements Management: Gather, analyze, validate, and document business and functional requirements across the full product lifecycle.

• Requirements Transform & Specification: Translate business needs into clear specifications, Epics, User Stories, acceptance criteria, and structured documentation for development teams.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Participate in requirements-gathering sessions with Product Manager, UX/UI Designers, and Engineering teams to align on scope, priorities, and delivery expectations.

• Delivery & Implementation Support: Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, feature prioritization, and iteration planning together with Product Managers and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of development cycles.

• Documentation & Process Structuring: Structure and maintain clear documentation of business processes, decisions, workflows, and requirements, ensuring information is reusable, up-to-date, and accessible for all teams.
