HRD/ HR Business Partner
We are hiring for one of our business partners โ a fast-growing international broker operating across Forex, Crypto, Stocks, Commodities, and other asset classes. The company develops its own trading platform, mobile applications, and copy-trading solutions for retail clients across global markets.

About the Role
As an HR Business Partner, you will lead the company's people agenda, with a strong focus on talent acquisition, employer branding, HR operations, and organizational development.
This is a hands-on role combining strategic partnership with operational execution. You will work closely with leadership to build scalable people processes, support rapid international growth, and help shape a high-performance culture.
The business is entering a major growth phase driven by market expansion, new acquisition channels, call-center scaling, affiliate partnerships, and product development initiatives.
What You Will Do
Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
- Own end-to-end hiring across all functions and geographies, including senior and leadership roles
- Build and scale recruitment processes, pipelines, and hiring infrastructure
- Manage recruitment KPIs, funnel performance, and candidate experience
- Partner with agencies and external recruiters when needed
- Drive employer branding initiatives, EVP development, recruitment marketing campaigns, and talent community building
- Own and develop the company's careers presence across LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and other hiring channels
HR Business Partnering & People Operations
- Partner with the CEO, COO, and business leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and team effectiveness
- Own the employee lifecycle from onboarding through performance reviews, promotions, and offboarding
- Develop and improve HR policies, processes, and documentation for a distributed international team
- Coordinate HR operations across multiple jurisdictions with EOR, payroll, and legal partners
- Manage HR systems, reporting, and data quality (currently PeopleForce)
Culture, Performance & Employee Experience
- Strengthen company culture and internal communication during rapid growth
- Build onboarding, learning, and leadership development initiatives
- Support compensation reviews, salary benchmarking, and performance management processes
- Monitor engagement, retention, and people metrics, implementing improvements where needed
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, or HR Business Partner roles
- Experience in high-growth environments such as CFD/Forex, FinTech, Crypto, Trading, iGaming, or similar B2C businesses
- Proven success building and scaling hiring functions and recruitment processes
- Strong background in employer branding, recruitment marketing, and talent attraction
- Experience supporting distributed international teams across multiple countries
- Strong understanding of HR operations, performance management, and employee lifecycle processes
- Data-driven mindset with experience managing recruitment and people metrics
- Hands-on experience with ATS/HRIS platforms such as PeopleForce, Greenhouse, Workable, BambooHR, or similar
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- English level B2+ or higher
