About the Company:
Our client is an forex network company operating in a performance-based model through partner and network channels. They work only with high-tier traffic sources (GG, TB, SEO, FB and similar), focusing on scaling through partnerships in Tier 1 / Tier 2 GEOs.
They are looking for a Head Manager for the Brand Managers department to lead a team of brand/sales managers and drive partnership growth and operational performance.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of sales managers
- Organize structure and daily operations
- Develop and scale partnership relationships
- Drive deposit growth and performance metrics
- Handle operational and partner-related issues
- Improve and optimize internal processes
