About the Role
We are looking for a Creative Producer based in Turkey who has a deep understanding of local culture, mentality, current events, and social media trends, and can transform them into high-performing advertising concepts.
We need someone who is constantly immersed in the Turkish information space β following local news, memes, viral trends, influencers, athletes, TV shows, and major events β and understands what captures the attention of Turkish audiences today.
Your main responsibility will be generating advertising ideas and creating detailed creative briefs for designers, video editors, and media buyers.
Responsibilities
Monitor Turkish trends daily across TikTok, Instagram, X, YouTube, Telegram, and local media outlets.
Identify trending topics, memes, viral content, and relevant news events.
Analyze competitorsβ advertising campaigns and identify new creative opportunities.
Generate advertising concepts tailored to the Turkish audience.
Prepare detailed creative briefs for designers, video editors, and content teams.
Develop concepts for video ads, banners, UGC content, and native advertising integrations.
Research and analyze local influencers, bloggers, and public figures.
Collaborate with media buyers to test new creative hypotheses and advertising angles.
Work closely with the traffic acquisition team to improve advertising performance.
Prepare weekly trend reports and creative idea collections for the team.
Requirements
Must be based in Turkey.
Strong understanding of Turkish culture, mentality, and local trends.
Experience in affiliate marketing, media buying, gambling, betting, or digital marketing.
Understanding of Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, and advertising creative principles.
Ability to create clear and detailed creative briefs for designers and video editors.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms and advertising trends.
Understanding of key marketing metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, and CPA.
Ability to quickly identify trends and adapt them into advertising concepts.
Fluent Turkish is required.
English proficiency is a plus.
Nice to Have
Previous experience in the iGaming or gambling industry.
Existing network of Turkish influencers and content creators.
Experience creating UGC-based advertising creatives.
Experience collaborating with designers, content teams, and media buyers.
