Lead RPA Developer

We are looking for a Lead RPA Developer to join a team responsible for driving and developing an enterprise-wide automation initiative for a global medical devices company.

The role combines hands-on development with leadership responsibilities and close cooperation with business stakeholders across multiple regions. The goal is to build, scale, and promote RPA adoption within the organization, ensuring high-quality automation solutions and long-term efficiency.

Your tasks:

• Leading a company-wide RPA / Automation initiative and driving its adoption across the organization
• Designing, developing, and delivering automation solutions using Automation Anywhere and other RPA platforms
• Collaborating closely with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and define requirements
• Promoting best practices, standards, and scalable automation frameworks
• Supporting the transition and potential migration towards UiPath
• Working on automation solutions involving web applications, SQL, SharePoint, and Outlook
• Leading technical discussions and guiding the development process
• Supporting and mentoring team members 
• Ensuring reliability, performance, and scalability of automation solutions
• Contributing both at strategic and hands-on delivery levels

Requirements:

• 5+ years of commercial experience in RPA / Automation
• Strong hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere (must-have)
• Experience with UiPath (strongly preferred) or willingness to work with it
• Experience working with multiple RPA tools (e.g., Power Automate, Blue Prism) is a strong advantage
• Experience in designing and delivering end-to-end automation solutions
• Proven ability to work with business stakeholders and gather requirements
• Leadership mindset and experience driving initiatives or leading technical direction
• Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach
• Good understanding of system integrations (APIs, databases, enterprise systems)
• Experience with tools such as SQL, SharePoint, Outlook, and web-based applications
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a distributed international environment
• Advanced level of English
• Tax residency in Ukraine is required

Nice to have:

• Experience with automation strategy, CoE setup, or scaling RPA adoption
• Experience with cloud platforms or AI-driven automation
• Experience in regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, medical, finance)
