HR People Partner

About the team: our IW Team is 70+ experts who work in IT, marketing, sales, finance, legal and HR fields. We are united by the desire for high-quality work, professional growth, mutual support and respect.
Responsibilities that we’d like to trust in the caring hands of an HR People Partner:
- Pre-onboarding and onboarding new colleagues to Innoware – administrative tasks, Welcome meetings, getting acquainted with the company culture and policies.
- Monitoring adaptation periods – communication with mentors and managers, conducting 1:1s with new teammates.
- Performance Appraisals – conducting corporate appraisals using a 360° methodology.
- L&D: administering educational programs, Microsoft certifications, Innoware grade system – monitoring results, tracking changes in Microsoft exams, communicating with mentors, handling organizational matters, updating programs and other activities that lead to a successful completion of company’s personnel education and certification plans. Selecting new educational programs/trainings/team-buildings regarding the teams’ needs.
- Internal communications – greetings, informing about news, organizing events and ordering branded gifts with the help of colleagues from HR and Marketing teams.
- Supporting and developing corporate procedures and policies.
- Maintaining personnel records in the HR system – lists, vacations, sick leaves, etc.
- Offboarding – conducting exit interviews, handling administrative tasks, while maintaining respectful relationships with everyone, regardless of the reason for leaving.
- Handling various, sometimes non-standard HR-related cases, with the support of management and the HR Team.
What background and skills we’re looking for:
- 3+ years of experience as an HR Generalist, HR Manager or HR People Partner role. Important – you love your profession in the HR field.
- Basic knowledge of personnel records.
- Fluency in Ukrainian, and Upper-Intermediate English, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- University degree with strong academic performance.
- Soft skills: empathy, good communication skills, a strong sense of responsibility and time management, openness to new ideas, a commitment to learning and personal growth, and attention to detail.

Working conditions:
- Primarily remote work, with periodic meetings in the office (~1 time/week). Our office is located in Kyiv at the Cubic BC (3 Sholudenka St).
- Standard work schedule (Monday through Friday, 9:00-18:00).
- Paid vacation and sick leave.
- Permanent full-time contract.
