Our expectations:

β—‰ Level of English language - B1 and above, knowledge of French language will be a plus;

β—‰ Ability to work with CRM services for customer support, the ability to configure them;

β—‰ Experience as a Support Manager will be a plus;

β—‰ Work in the betting industry will be an advantage.

Responsibilities:

β—‰ Customer support for technical issues of various kinds;

β—‰ Communication with payment systems and work with the product team;Β 

β—‰ Close interaction with the security service.
