Project Coordinator
We are a U.S.-based real estate investment company focused on residential fix-and-flip projects in Florida.
We are currently looking for a responsible and organized business assistant to help with coordinating the projects and transactions and support our operations remotely.
๐ง Key Responsibilities:
- Creating and managing tasks in ClickUp CRM
- Assigning these tasks and following up
- Coordinating property renovations projects
- Coordinating real estate transactions from contract to closing
- Communication with Title Companies, Lenders, and Insurance Agents
- Scheduling and managing inspections (4PT, Wind Mitigation), and scheduling appraisals
- Finding and communicating with contractors and handymen
- Placing and managing orders on Home Depot and Amazon
- Activating and managing utilities for properties
- Keeping records of purchases, invoices, and receipts
- Other tasks assigned by the manager
โ Requirements:
- Experience in real estate, coordination, or project management (preferred)
- Fluent Russian + English (C1 level minimum)
- Organized, responsible, and good at following up
- Ability to work according to Florida time zone (EST)
- Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), CRM systems, VPN, messengers, and task managers
- Strong attention to detail and proactive communication
- Being able to get the things across the line

- Salary: $1000/month during the trial period (1-2 months)
- After trial: $1000/month base + performance bonuses
