Head of Affiliate

We are looking for a Head of Affiliate (Asia) to take full ownership of traffic acquisition in the region and turn it into a scalable, ROI-positive growth engine.

This is a high-performance role focused on direct business outcomes, not just people management. You will be fully accountable for traffic profitability, quality, and overall revenue contribution.

Key Responsibilities

• Traffic Scaling: Own and scale affiliate traffic in Asia with a strict focus on ROI, payback periods, and deposit growth.
• Partner Management: Expand our network of partners and negotiate profitable deals (CPA / RevShare / Hybrid).
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a high-performing team of Affiliate Managers.
• Data-Driven Optimization: Continuously evaluate traffic sources—aggressively shut down underperforming channels and scale winning ones.
• Quality & Fraud Control: Monitor traffic quality, eliminate fraudulent or low-value sources, and optimize for long-term LTV.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product and Payments to boost conversions, and with Retention to maximize player lifetime value.

Requirements

• Domain Expertise: Proven experience leading affiliate acquisition specifically within the iGaming industry.
• Track Record: A strong portfolio of successfully scaling profitable traffic in the Asian market.
• Core Metrics: Deep, practical understanding of ROI, LTV, CPA, RevShare, and payback.
• Tools: Hands-on experience with tracking software (e.g., Voluum, Binom, or similar).
• Mindset: Strong ownership, high independence, and the ability to make fast, tough decisions under pressure based on data.
