Project Manager/Product Operations (Tech)

We’re looking for a sharp and driven Project Manager/Product Operations (Tech) to join our team!

Responsibilities:

– Monitor and support order processing workflows within AffShop.
– Coordinate communication between affiliate managers, gift management, and the development team.
– Document and maintain product and process flows.
– Prepare and support automation-related tasks.
– Oversee development task execution and test new flows.
– Identify and document manual processes, bottlenecks, and operational issues.
– Support the launch of new mechanics within the platform.
– Work with operational and process documentation.
– Track statuses, deadlines, and cross-team dependencies.

Required Experience:
– Experience in Project Management, Product Operations, or Technical Operations roles.
– Experience working with internal systems, admin panels, and workflows.
– Experience coordinating development teams is a strong plus.
– Previous experience in affiliate marketing, fintech, e-commerce, loyalty products, or digital products is preferred.

Soft Skills

– Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex processes, identify improvement areas, and build effective system and workflow solutions.

– Strong time management and multitasking skills.
