Project Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Coordinator to join an international team delivering ERP implementation projects for customers across North America and Europe.

This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys managing complex enterprise projects, working directly with customers, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving successful project delivery from initiation to completion.

What we are looking for:

• 3+ years of commercial experience as a Project Manager or Project Coordinator.
• Hands-on experience managing ERP implementation projects.
• Experience in a consulting environment is highly desirable.
• Experience working with enterprise customers and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of project management principles, including scope, timeline, budget, and risk management.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with Jira and/or Azure DevOps.
• xperience with MS Project.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with distributed teams.
• Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage ERP implementation projects throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Plan, monitor, and control project scope, timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
• Track and manage project budgets, ensuring alignment between planned and actual expenditures.
• Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
• Prepare and present weekly and monthly project status reports for customers and management.
• Support project governance and implementation strategies.
• Maintain project tracking and reporting in Azure DevOps.
• Mentor and support other Project Coordinators within the organization.
