Lead Affiliate Manager (iGaming / CIS region)

Responsibilities:

  • Leading a team of Affiliate Managers and Local Managers, setting goals and monitoring results.
  • Expanding the partner network across key CIS GEOs (Uzbekistan being the top priority).
  • Negotiating deal terms with partners (RevShare / CPA / Hybrid / Fix) and controlling deal economics.
  • Driving FTD, DepSum, GGR / NGR, monitoring traffic quality, player retention and ROI.
  • Sourcing, onboarding, reactivating and retaining strong partners; working with inactive and top-tier partners.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Marketing, Support, Compliance and Payments on GEO launches and scaling.
  • Building reporting systems, forecasts and growth plans by team and region.

Knowledge:

  • CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, unit economics, ROI / payback, GGR / NGR.
  • Traffic sources, local market specifics, payment landscape and regional risks.
  • Partner analytics, anti-fraud, funnels and retention.

Skills:

  • Strong negotiation and sales skills, analytical thinking, forecasting / budgeting.
  • Process building, hiring and team development, priority management.
  • Ability to make fast decisions and stay in control across several GEOs simultaneously.
