Email Outreach and Deliverability Specialist

Rentberry is the first global AI-powered home rental platform that streamlines the long-term rental process, offering a fully digital, all-in-one rental ecosystem. We're looking for a hands-on Email Outreach & Deliverability Specialist to build our outbound email program from the ground up. This is a builder's role: you'll architect and maintain a multi-domain sending infrastructure that protects deliverability at scale, then proactively design and run the segmented outreach campaigns that drive results.

What You'll Do

Email Infrastructure & Deliverability

• Design, build, and maintain a scalable outbound sending infrastructure from scratch.
• Stand up outreach across platforms (Instantly, Smartlead) and ESP/infrastructure tools (Mailgun, SendGrid, Amazon SES, Postmark) as appropriate.
• Configure and monitor SPF/DKIM/DMARC across all domains; manage IP/domain reputation, warm-ups, and feedback loops.
• Proactively monitor deliverability (inbox placement, spam complaints, bounce rates) per domain, and pause, swap, or replace degrading/burned domains and mailboxes before they affect the wider setup.
• Troubleshoot deliverability issues: blacklists, spam traps, bounce handling, and authentication failures.

• Maintain clean suppression lists (opt-outs, bounces) and enforce sending limits and auto-pause rules.

   

Outreach & Campaigns

• Segment a large contact base and design tailored sequences for each segment.
• Build, launch, and continuously optimize automated email flows, drip sequences, and one-off campaigns.
• Personalize messaging and run structured A/B tests on copy, subject lines, and send timing.
• Manage replies across a high volume of mailboxes.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CASL, and other applicable regulations.

• Analyze performance (deliverability, open rate, reply rate, CTR, conversions) and report on what's working.

   

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years in email deliverability and/or outbound email, including hands-on cold outreach.
• Proven experience building and managing multi-domain / multi-mailbox sending setups (not just single-domain marketing email).
• Hands-on experience with cold-outreach platforms (Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, Apollo, or similar) and ESPs (Mailgun, SendGrid, Amazon SES, Postmark, HubSpot, Mailchimp/Mandrill).
• Strong command of email authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), feedback loops, warm-up strategy, and sender-reputation management.
• Experience with DNS zone providers (Cloudflare, GoDaddy, Amazon Route 53).
• Track record running and optimizing campaigns at scale (10k–1M+ sends).
• Working knowledge of email compliance (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CASL).
• Basic HTML/CSS for troubleshooting email templates.
• Nice to have: multi-channel experience (SMS, push, WhatsApp).
• Upper-Intermediate English, strong written and verbal communication.

• Proactive, independent, detail-oriented — comfortable owning the program end-to-end.
