BIM Specialist / Revit Modeler / VDC Specialist

New Vision Agency is a Ukrainian-American BIM/VDC company working on construction projects for the US market.

We create BIM models and project documentation for real construction projects, working with American clients and general contractors. Our team is involved in different areas, including Framing, Mass Timber, BIM Coordination, HVAC/MEP, Electrical, 4D, and other VDC-related directions.
 

We are currently looking for a BIM Specialist / Revit Modeler to join our team in Kyiv.
 

Responsibilities:

• Create BIM models in Autodesk Revit based on project documentation;
• Read and interpret US engineering and architectural drawings;
• Prepare BIM models according to project requirements and standards;
• Work with Revit templates and families;
• Communicate with the team regarding technical changes, updates, and modeling decisions;
• Support the team in delivering accurate and high-quality BIM documentation.
   

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience with Autodesk Revit;
• Understanding of BIM processes and basic principles of engineering or architectural design;
• Ability to read and work with technical project documentation;
• English level B2 or confident ability to understand technical documentation in English;
• Attention to detail, responsibility, systematic thinking, and teamwork;
• Readiness to work from the office in Kyiv.
   

Will be a plus:

• Experience with US drawings;
• Experience in VDC;
• Understanding of Framing, MEP, Electrical, or BIM Coordination workflows.
