Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Mid-to-Senior level Business Analyst to join our team, focusing on the development and enhancement of Anti-Financial Crime systems. You will serve as a vital link between business stakeholders—specifically within Compliance, Product, and IT—to translate complex requirements into actionable technical solutions. Your primary responsibility will involve facilitating the delivery of migration-focused projects across AML, KYC, Sanctions, and Fraud domains within an Agile framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Requirement Lifecycle Management: Gather, analyze, document, and validate detailed functional and non-functional requirements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between Compliance, Product Owners, and IT teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Agile Delivery: Actively participate in the full project lifecycle, including requirement clarification, backlog grooming, and supporting development teams through the migration process.
- Quality Assurance Support: Assist in testing activities to ensure system functionality meets regulatory and business standards.
Required Qualifications
- Professional Experience: Proven track record as a Business Analyst within an IT-focused delivery environment.
- Domain Expertise: Demonstrated experience in AML, KYC, Sanctions, or Fraud detection systems and exposure to the corresponding regulatory landscapes.
- Communication: Exceptional English proficiency (written and verbal) and the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholder groups.
- Analytical Rigor: Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on structured requirement documentation.
- Methodology: Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
