Who we are looking for
We are seeking an ambitious Sales Manager who can successfully combine active B2B client acquisition. You will work with international companies, develop accounts, build long-term relationships, and directly influence the company’s financial growth.
Key responsibilities
• work with the existing customer base: make researches, prepare personalized followups, and put the squeeze on potential opportunities.
• develop current clients through upsell and look for new areas of cooperation.
• independently conduct cold sales and look for new customers.
Our ideal candidate
• sales experience of IT outsourcing/outstaff/dedicated teams,
• experience in active sales of IT services, not just dealing with incoming requests,
• from 1 year of experience in B2B sales,
• understanding the specifics of an outsourcing/service company, preferably not a product environment,
• ability to work with cold search and outbound activities,
• understanding the basic commercial logic: marginality, pricing, dependence of income on the volume sold and the terms of the transaction,
• confident spoken and working English for communication with clients,
• translate client requirements into technical solutions.
