Head of Sales / Chief Sales Manager
About The Role:
We are a fast-growing iGaming company looking for a Head of Sales to build and lead our sales function from the ground up. This is a strategic and hands-on role โ you will define the structure, hire the team, and drive revenue growth across target markets. You'll work closely with business stakeholders and the product team to align commercial goals with company strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and structure the sales department in line with the company's commercial strategy
- Develop and execute a sales plan focused on market expansion and revenue growth
- Hire, onboard, and manage a sales team; set KPIs and ensure performance
- Work closely with stakeholders and the product/development team to align on priorities
- Own the full sales cycle โ from pipeline development to deal closure
- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in iGaming
- Proven experience in sales management or B2B/B2C sales
- Experience working in iGaming markets (regulated, gray, or both). You know how business actually works where you operate
- Demonstrated ability to execute a commercial strategy
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with technical and business teams
- Self-starter who takes ownership and moves without excessive structure
- Advanced English + Ukrainian or Russian โ required. Spanish is a plus
