Head of IT Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales goals and targets;
- Identify and target new business opportunities and develop relationships with key clients;
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to make informed decisions and adjustments to sales strategies;
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and product development to ensure alignment with company goals;
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance to upper management;
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas;
- Attend and participate in industry events and trade shows;
- Develop and maintain a sales pipeline.
Qualification & Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in IT sales;
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets;
- Ability to create sales email sequences;
- Experience in inbound and outbound sales methodologies;
- Experience working with Upwork and related platforms;
- Experience working with Pipedrive CRM or similar tools (Hubspot etc.);
- General understanding of web/software design/development processes;
- Experience in Laravel, Shopify, JavaScript domains for sales;
- Strong leadership and management skills;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Strong organizational and time management skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Strong understanding of sales best practices and techniques;
- Strong understanding of the industry and market trends;
- English: Upper intermediate or higher.
Will be a plus:
- Experience with marketing automation tools;
- Knowledge of multiple languages.
