Senior Full Stack Web3 Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join a fast-growing, well-funded technology startup operating at the intersection of cybersecurity, blockchain, and artificial intelligence.

Our client is building a real-time security platform that helps protect digital assets by identifying and preventing threats before they occur. The platform processes massive volumes of blockchain and security-related data in real time, leveraging advanced analytics, AI, and large-scale distributed systems.

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will take ownership of end-to-end product development, building and scaling both frontend and backend systems. You will work closely with product, design, and engineering teams while contributing to architecture decisions and helping shape the future of the platform.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of software development experience
• Strong experience with React and TypeScript
• Strong backend experience with Node.js and NestJS
• Commercial experience building and maintaining cloud-native applications (AWS preferred)
• Strong understanding of software architecture, scalability, and modern development practices
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git workflows
• Previous hands-on Web3 / blockchain experience is required
• Ability to discuss blockchain concepts, architectures, and real-world implementations in depth
• Excellent English communication skills

Ideal Background:

• Experience working on blockchain infrastructure, wallets, exchanges, DeFi protocols, Web3 applications, or security-focused products
• Experience working with real-time, event-driven, or high-scale systems
• Strong product mindset and ability to operate independently
• Active use of AI-powered development tools to improve productivity and software quality
• Startup experience and comfort working in fast-moving environments
