Junior Resource Specialist

The Junior Resource Specialist supports staffing, allocation, and redeployment processes across assigned delivery units.
In this role, you will work closely with Delivery Managers, Recruitment, HRBP, and engineers to help maintain visibility over resource allocation, support staffing activities, and ensure operational processes move smoothly.

You will be responsible for maintaining accurate staffing information, coordinating internal allocation activities, supporting engineer rotations, and proactively following up on staffing-related actions.
This role requires strong communication skills, ownership mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate multiple activities in a dynamic environment.

 

Requirements:

  • Experience in coordination, recruitment, HR, operations, PMO, or similar roles
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment with multiple parallel tasks and changing priorities
  • Attention to detail and ownership mindset
  • Experience collaborating with different stakeholders (managers, recruiters, engineers, teams)
  • Experience working with data and operational tools (Excel, Google Sheets, ATS, CRM, or similar systems)
  • Basic understanding of staffing processes (allocation, bench, transitions) or strong willingness to learn
  • Understanding of software engineering roles and technology stacks
  • Understanding of the engineer lifecycle within an IT services companyExperience preparing CVs or candidate profiles
  • Experience working with ATS, HR, or staffing systems
  • Upper-Intermediate English or higher
  • Clear, structured, and proactive communication style

     

Responsibilities:

Allocation & Resource Coordination:

  • Coordinate and drive resource allocation activities within assigned delivery units
  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date view of engineer availability, allocation, seniority, and skills
  • Identify staffing risks (bench, staffing gaps, over-allocation) and proactively address them
  • Suggest and drive staffing options for open needs
  • Manage and maintain visibility over bench within assigned units
  • Ensure bench engineers have clear next steps (project, interview process, internal opportunity, or development plan)

Delivery & Sales Collaboration:

  • Partner with Delivery and Sales Managers to ensure timely and efficient project staffing
  • Support staffing feasibility and resource availability discussions for new opportunities
  • Prepare and maintain engineer CVs and staffing-related materials upon Delivery or Sales request
  • Support preparation of engineers for client interviews and staffing processes

Recruitment Collaboration:

  • Partner with Recruitment team on open staffing needs and hiring priorities
  • Provide up-to-date visibility on internal resource availability and staffing priorities
  • Coordinate and support staffing activities for open vacancies
  • Follow up and help drive progress on staffing-related activities and open positions

Data & Operational Excellence:

  • Own accuracy of resource and allocation data in internal systems
  • Ensure transparency and visibility of resource availability across assigned units
  • Prepare and maintain regular updates on bench, upcoming roll-offs, staffing gaps, allocation changes

Communication & Escalation:

  • Coordinate clear communication across related stakeholders
  • Keep engineers informed regarding staffing, relocation, rotation, and redeployment processes
  • Drive follow-ups and ensure agreed staffing actions are executed
  • Escalate complex or high-impact staffing situations when needed
