SEO Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven an SEO Specialist to lead the organic growth strategy across multiple brands and websites. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive SEO initiatives, improving technical performance, increasing organic visibility, and driving qualified traffic through best-in-class SEO practices.
This role requires strong expertise in Technical SEO, Content SEO, Off-Page SEO, and advanced SEO analytics. The ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple websites, working with international SEO, and delivering measurable growth in competitive industries.
Key Responsibilities
SEO Strategy & Performance
- Develop and execute SEO strategies across all company websites to increase organic visibility and growth.
- Monitor SEO performance, industry trends, and algorithm updates to identify optimization opportunities.
Technical SEO
- Conduct technical SEO audits and coordinate implementation with development teams.
- Improve website architecture, crawlability, indexing, and Core Web Vitals performance.
Content & On-Page SEO
- Lead keyword research and identify content opportunities to support business objectives.
- Optimize website content, landing pages, metadata, schema markup, and internal linking.
Off-Page SEO & Authority Building
- Develop and execute backlink acquisition and digital PR strategies.
- Monitor backlink profiles, competitor activity, and opportunities to strengthen domain authority.
Analytics & Reporting
- Manage SEO reporting, dashboards, and performance tracking.
- Analyze rankings, traffic, backlinks, and technical health, providing actionable recommendations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with Content, Design, Development, and Marketing teams to implement SEO best practices.
- Provide SEO guidance during website updates, launches, and digital marketing initiatives.
