Jr. Technical Recruiter

We are looking for a technical recruiter to join our team at HRAVITY โ€” a recruitment agency focused on hiring IT experts for high value clients in software / cloud domains. This role is focused on driving sourcing and recruitment efforts as part of a small agile team, in order to provide an exceptional service to our customers, as well as a positive experience for our candidates.

The ideal candidate background: a technical education, some initial IT / tech experience, and a strong curiosity, eagerness to grow professionally in IT recruitment. Technical knowledge helps understand client needs and vacancy requirements better, as well as assess candidates more effectively, contributing to a smoother and higher-quality hiring process. Regular tasks will involve processing client requests (vacancies), sourcing candidates, writing outreach messages and job descriptions, reporting on progress, managing internal databases, brainstorming on new ideas in recruitment and operational contexts, as part of a small team.
 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build and maintain robust pipelines of technical candidates e.g. software/cloud/DevOps engineers (via jobboards, active sourcing, references, networking, social media advertisement etc.)
  • Develop sourcing strategies that consistently attract high-quality candidates
  • Continuously iterate on your techniques, adopting innovative and automated approaches while staying up to date with IT trends and new tools
  • Give candidates a great experience: guide them through the process and respond promptly
  • Keep your work organized in our Notion databases and other recruitment tools โ€” logging candidate communications and tracking progress
     

     

REQUIREMENETS

  • Proficient written and spoken English (at least Intermediate / B1+)
  • Technical / CS education (or extensive IT / technical courses to compensate) โ€” must-have basic understanding of software development (domains, roles, technical terminology)
  • Initial experience (or strong interest) in IT technical recruitment
  • Logical, analytical, critical thinking skills, ability to make sound arguments and assumptions, articulate thoughts clearly
  • Service-oriented communication approach, considerate of the candidate and client perspectives, adaptive, and respectful of diverse cultures and contexts
  • Strong self-management skills, proactive approach, entrepreneurial mindset, and demonstrated ability to work autonomously while maintaining a drive for results
  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn and improve
