About the Project

We are looking for a Senior Manual QA Engineer to join a team developing a large-scale social gaming platform available across web and mobile channels.

The platform serves multiple brands, processes high volumes of transactions, and delivers frequent product releases. The system includes modern user-facing applications, complex backend services, API integrations, and real-time data processing components. In such an environment, maintaining product quality and release stability is a key priority.
 

Your Role:

As a Senior Manual QA Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring product quality throughout the development lifecycle. You will work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to validate new functionality, identify potential risks, and help deliver reliable releases.

This role combines hands-on testing, test design, documentation ownership, and active participation in improving QA processes.
 

Responsibilities:

• Perform functional testing of web and mobile applications
• Validate new features and existing platform functionality
• Review requirements and define appropriate testing approaches
• Create, maintain, and execute test plans and test cases
• Prepare and update QA documentation, including STD, STP, and STR
• Conduct regression, sanity, and end-to-end testing activities
• Test and validate APIs using Postman or similar tools
• Investigate issues using browser developer tools, logs, and network analysis
• Report defects with clear reproduction steps and business impact
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the development process
• Participate in sprint planning, daily meetings, and release activities
• Contribute to continuous improvements of QA standards and processes
   

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance
• Proven experience testing both web and mobile applications
• Strong knowledge of functional and UI testing
• Experience working with Jira, TestRail, or similar tools
• Hands-on experience with regression and sanity testing
• API testing experience using Postman or equivalent tools
• Basic scripting skills
• Familiarity with browser developer tools and log analysis
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and QA best practices
• Experience creating and maintaining test documentation
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and spoken English
   

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Playwright, Selenium, or other automation tools
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices
• Basic SQL knowledge
