Requirements:
- BA/BS or MA/MS degree in economics, statistics, or another related field
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
- Advanced English level
- Experience with ERP systems and familiarity with data query and data management tools (SQL, Power Query, or similar) is a strong advantage
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability and willingness to work with large volumes of data and numerical information
- Structured thinking and the ability to draw meaningful conclusions from data
Responsibilities:
- Extract, analyze, and validate large datasets from multiple sources, including ERP systems, financial databases, and reporting tools
- Reconcile financial and operational data across multiple systems to ensure completeness, accuracy, and consistency of reporting; maintain reconciliation files, control reports, and supporting schedules
- Investigate and resolve data inconsistencies, missing transactions, reconciliation breaks, and reporting variances
- Support month-end and year-end close activities through reconciliations, data validation, and financial analysis
- Prepare management reports, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses for finance and business stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to automate and enhance reporting, reconciliation, and data validation processes
