We are launching a new iGaming brand as part of a rapidly growing holding company that develops and scales multiple online gaming projects across Tier-1 markets.
The project operates on a white-label platform and is currently in the setup phase, with a planned launch in JulyβAugust 2026. The company follows an ambitious expansion strategy, launching new brands every few months and building strong operational processes from day one.
The brand name remains confidential due to ongoing brand protection procedures.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a detail-oriented Manual QA Engineer to become the guardian of product quality before and after launch.
This is a hands-on role focused on testing real user journeys, identifying issues before players encounter them, and ensuring a smooth gaming experience across desktop and mobile platforms.
You will work closely with platform providers, content managers, CRM specialists, and product stakeholders to maintain a stable and reliable product.
GOALS FOR PROBATION PERIOD (first 2β3 months)
β’ Learn the product structure, key features, and user journeys
β’ Audit critical customer flows and identify potential risk areas
β’ Establish an efficient bug reporting and tracking process
β’ Build effective communication with platform providers and internal stakeholders
β’ Take ownership of release validation and regression testing processes
β’ Ensure all product updates are properly tested before going live
WHAT YOU WILL DO
β’ Test core user flows including registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and gameplay
β’ Perform manual testing of website functionality and admin panels
β’ Conduct desktop and mobile testing across different devices and browsers
β’ Identify, document, and track bugs using Jira
β’ Validate fixes and perform regression testing
β’ Test promotional mechanics including welcome bonuses, free spins, cashback campaigns, and tournaments
β’ Verify payment processing flows and transaction logic
β’ Test CRM communications including emails, push notifications, and onsite messages
β’ Monitor integrations with CRM systems, payment providers, analytics tools, and tracking platforms
β’ Collaborate with platform vendors and internal teams to ensure timely bug resolution
β’ Continuously monitor product quality and stability after launch
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
β’ 1+ year of experience in Manual QA testing
β’ Experience testing web-based products and customer-facing platforms
β’ Strong understanding of user flows and business logic validation
β’ Experience working with Jira or similar task management systems
β’ Ability to write clear and detailed bug reports
β’ Experience testing desktop and mobile versions of products
β’ English level Intermediate (B1+) or higher for written communication
β’ Strong attention to detail and a systematic approach to testing
β’ Ability to work independently in a remote environment
NICE TO HAVE
β’ Experience in iGaming, online casino, betting, or gambling products
β’ Experience testing payment systems and financial transactions
β’ Experience validating bonus mechanics and promotional campaigns
β’ Understanding of CRM communications and customer lifecycle flows
β’ Experience working with third-party integrations and external vendors
β’ Basic knowledge of API testing and Postman
β’ Familiarity with Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium
β’ Experience using Hotjar, Mouseflow, Smartlook, or similar analytics tools
β’ Background in fintech, e-commerce, or entertainment products
