Lead Generation, Cold Email Outreach Specialist

Responsibilities:

1. Set up and maintain cold email outreach infrastructure: domains, inboxes, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, warm-up and sender health.
2. Search, scrape, collect and structure lead databases based on the company’s ICP.
3. Find and verify business emails using tools such as Apollo, Snov.io, Hunter, ZeroBounce, NeverBounce, Bouncer or similar.
4. Clean, deduplicate and organize lead lists in Google Sheets, Excel or CRM.
5. Upload leads into cold email tools such as Snov.io or similar.
6. Monitor campaign performance: bounce rate, reply rate, positive replies, deliverability issues and mailbox health.
7. Track results and prepare regular reports on outreach activity and campaign performance.

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in lead generation, cold email outreach, data research or sales support.
• Hands-on experience with cold email tools such as Smartlead, Instantly, Lemlist, Reply.io, Snov.io or similar.
• Understanding of cold email infrastructure basics: domains, inboxes, warm-up, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, bounce rate and deliverability.
• Experience with lead sourcing, scraping, enrichment and email validation.
• Strong Google Sheets / Excel skills: filtering, sorting, deduplication, formulas, data cleanup.

Nice to have:

• Experience in SEO, Digital PR, guest posting, link building, content marketing, online advertising or publisher outreach.
• Experience with scraping tools such as Phantombuster, Apify, Clay, Bright Data, Instant Data Scraper or similar.
• Experience with Ahrefs
• Experience with automation tools such as Make, Zapier, n8n, Clay or Google Apps Script.
• Basic understanding of SEO metrics: domain authority, domain rating, organic traffic, backlinks, niches and GEOs.
