User Acquisition Specialist (Paid Ads)
AVELaunch Books is a team that creates non-fiction books end-to-end for entrepreneurs, coaches, consultants, and thought leaders. We help experts turn their knowledge and experience into a structured, meaningful book - a tool for influence, trust, and business growth. We work deeply with each client: preserving their unique voice, building a strong narrative, and delivering a product that establishes authority in their field.
About the role:
We're looking for a Paid Ads Specialist who can do more than run campaigns - someone who reads data, builds hypotheses, and owns the result.
What you'll do:
- Run and scale Google Ads (Search + Performance Max) and LinkedIn Ads end-to-end
- Work with CPA / CPL / ROAS metrics - identify growth opportunities and inefficiencies
- Generate hypotheses, run A/B tests, document findings
- Read the funnel from click to sale, prepare reports with actionable insights
- Brief creatives and video, coordinate contractors
What we're looking for:
- 4+ months as a Junior PPC Specialist (or equivalent role), 2+ years overall experience
- Hands-on experience in any paid channel: Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta / Instagram Ads
- Analytical mindset - able to read data, draw conclusions, and make decisions
- Ownership mentality - accountable for results, not just tasks
- Ukrainian fluent, English B2+
Nice to have:
- B2C experience with long sales cycles and high-ticket offers
- Experience with content funnels, faceless video
