IT Support Specialist
We are seeking a dedicated professional to help maintain smooth operational and technical processes across our University. The IT Support Specialist will collaborate with academic and administrative teams, as well as external stakeholders, to ensure the uninterrupted operation of IT systems, supporting University goals and ensuring technical comfort for all employees.

Key Responsibilities:
- System Support: Maintain IT systems, provide user assistance, and prepare new hardware/equipment for operation;
- Account Management: Manage and administer user accounts within internal information systems;
- Hardware Maintenance: Maintain, connect, and configure office equipment and computers (including printers, laptops, TVs, projectors, and video cameras); monitor and manage IT consumables;
- Hardware Service: Perform minor equipment repairs and laptop maintenance (where applicable);
- Documentation & Reporting: Participate in drafting technical guidelines, managing documentation, and maintaining internal IT asset registers;
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventories of technical equipment and hardware;
- Access Control Support: Process requests for the issuance and restoration of electronic access badges/passes;
- CCTV Maintenance: Ensure regular maintenance and support for security/video cameras;
- Event & Academic Support: Provide technical assistance and user consultation during lectures, seminars, and events (including checking and configuring multimedia and sound equipment);
- Operational Support: Fulfill additional tasks assigned by the direct supervisor related to maintaining campus facilities and building operations.
Requirements:
- Education: Higher education or currently pursuing a degree (students are welcome to apply);
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in a similar IT support or helpdesk role;
- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with multimedia equipment (projectors, mixing consoles, microphones, etc.) and online streaming/broadcasting software;
- Language Proficiency: English proficiency at an A2+ level or higher;
- Advantages: Prior experience in organizing and supporting large-scale online and offline events will be a strong plus;
- Soft Skills: Goal-oriented, responsible, eager to learn, and a strong team player.
