Senior Data Analyst

We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to support regulatory and internal reporting within a fast-growing digital banking environment. This is a 4-month engagement (with possible extension) focused on delivering accurate, timely regulatory reports and building robust reporting infrastructure across Finance, Risk, Treasury, and related business units. You will combine strong SQL and data modeling expertise with a solid understanding of financial reporting and dashboard development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, validate, and deliver regulatory reports in compliance with internal policies and external requirements
• Collaborate with Finance, Risk, Treasury, and other stakeholders to gather reporting requirements
• Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau
• Write optimized SQL queries to extract and analyze large-scale datasets
• Work with DBT and BigQuery data models to ensure reliable and scalable pipelines
• Perform data quality checks and troubleshoot discrepancies across multiple sources
• Document reporting logic, data definitions, and processes for audit readiness
• Automate and optimize reporting workflows

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics (preferably in Banking / Financial Services)
• Strong SQL proficiency
• Experience with large-scale data warehouses (preferably BigQuery)
• Hands-on experience with DBT
• Proven experience building dashboards in Tableau
• Understanding of financial and regulatory reporting concepts
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders

• Experience with regulatory frameworks in Saudi Arabia or GCC
• Familiarity with data governance and data quality practices
• Exposure to cloud-based data platforms
