We are looking for an organized and proactive Warehouse Operations Coordinator to oversee and coordinate the daily activities of our Logistics Center.
 

This is a hands-on operational role focused on ensuring that warehouse processes run smoothly, tasks are completed on time, and orders are processed accurately. You will work closely with the warehouse team, support daily operations, maintain process quality, and help improve efficiency across the warehouse.

Requirements

Must-Have
Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or a similar operational role.
Understanding of warehouse processes, transportation flows, and supply chain operations.
Conversational English and Romanian.
Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to work.
Good problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
Experience using operational systems such as ERP, CRM, WMS, inventory, order management platforms, or anything similar (any field).
Comfortable working on-site in a hands-on operational environment.

Warehouse processes run smoothly and consistently.
Team members clearly understand priorities and responsibilities.
Orders are processed accurately and shipped on time.
Operational issues are identified early and resolved efficiently.
Internal communication and workflows are well organized.
Data and KPIs are actively used to improve operational performance and decision-making.

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily warehouse operations across inbound, assembly, outbound, ticket resolution, and communication workflows.
Ensure all operational tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Monitor process execution and maintain high quality standards.
Identify process improvement opportunities and help implement solutions.
Coordinate closely with suppliers, transport companies, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
Resolve operational issues, delays, and customer-related escalations in a timely manner.
Lead and support a small warehouse team while monitoring overall warehouse performance.
Set priorities and organize daily operational activities.
Support team members with questions, and problem-solving.
Work daily with internal systems to manage orders, inventory, shipments, and operational workflows.
Track and analyze operational KPIs, including orders, shipments, inventory, and support tickets; prepare reports.

Would be a plus

Experience leading a small team, supervising shifts, or coordinating operational activities.
Experience working with courier or transportation companies.
Experience with international shipping operations.
Knowledge of inventory planning, forecasting, or stock management.
Knowledge of Ukrainian.
