We're looking for someone who owns the full sales cycle, takes deals from first contact all the way to signed contract.
What you'll do
- Own the full sales cycle from first contact to signed contract
- Qualify and close inbound leads across discovery, demo, pricing, and negotiation stages
- Build and execute outbound prospecting campaigns to generate new pipeline
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients in UA and EU markets
- Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to align on messaging and cross-sell opportunities
- Track and manage pipeline in CRM, report on key sales metrics
Represent the company in client-facing communications and negotiations in English
Must have
- 3+ years of hands-on B2B sales experience with real numbers to back it up
- You've run deals end-to-end, from the first call to the signed agreement, no handoffs
- Closed contracts with clients in Ukraine and/or European markets
Strong English, you can lead a negotiation and close a deal without breaking a sweat
Nice to have
- Background in digital marketing, media, or ad-tech
Experience selling software or subscription-based products
