Middle/Senior Business development manager

We're looking for someone who owns the full sales cycle, takes deals from first contact all the way to signed contract.

 

What you'll do

  • Own the full sales cycle from first contact to signed contract
  • Qualify and close inbound leads across discovery, demo, pricing, and negotiation stages
  • Build and execute outbound prospecting campaigns to generate new pipeline
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients in UA and EU markets
  • Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to align on messaging and cross-sell opportunities
  • Track and manage pipeline in CRM, report on key sales metrics
  • Represent the company in client-facing communications and negotiations in English

     

Must have

  • 3+ years of hands-on B2B sales experience with real numbers to back it up
  • You've run deals end-to-end, from the first call to the signed agreement, no handoffs
  • Closed contracts with clients in Ukraine and/or European markets
  • Strong English, you can lead a negotiation and close a deal without breaking a sweat

     

Nice to have

  • Background in digital marketing, media, or ad-tech
  • Experience selling software or subscription-based products
