Senior Mobile / Flutter Developer

We are looking for a Senior Flutter Developer to build a mobile application for sales teams, integrated with CRM/ERP systems.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the mobile app using Flutter.
• Implement offline-first logic, local data storage, and synchronization.
• Integrate the app with CRM/ERP systems and backend APIs.
• Work with SQL storage and understand when NoSQL is appropriate.
• Implement logging, error handling, and secure data handling.
• Participate in architecture and technical decisions.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of mobile development experience.
• Strong experience with Flutter and Dart.
• Good understanding of offline-first architecture and data sync.
• Experience with SQL databases and local storage.
• Understanding of mobile app security principles.
• Experience with API integrations.
• Ability to design scalable and maintainable mobile architecture.
• Understanding of multi-tenant application logic.

Nice to have:

• Experience with CRM/ERP integrations.
• Experience with enterprise, sales, logistics, or field-service apps.
• Experience with sync conflicts and background synchronization.

Work conditions:

Remote, part-time. Candidates from Europe or Ukraine preferred.
