About the role

You will be a Core Developer in our product team, taking charge of developing and scaling our mobile product. The team is a small, cross-functional group (3–4 engineers) responsible for developing and supporting a dedicated JD business stream. The scope includes end-to-end ownership of a B2B e-commerce mobile application, covering feature delivery, maintenance, and operational support, with close collaboration across product, backend, and platform teams.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in mobile application development

Must have tech skills:

• Strong understanding of Flutter, Dart, GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines, and iOS and Android platforms.
• Proven experience developing mobile applications using Flutter.
• Strong proficiency in the Dart programming language.
• Experience with GitHub Actions and CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
• Proficient in deploying and maintaining applications on iOS and Android platforms.
• Familiarity with App Store and Google Play deployment processes.
• Experience with unit, widget, and integration testing.
• Experience troubleshooting backend issues and collaborating with backend teams.
• Familiarity with Firebase, REST APIs, and backend integrations.
• Solid understanding of mobile performance optimization techniques.

Job responsibilities:

• Own and enhance the B2B e-commerce mobile app, delivering new features in collaboration with Product and Design.

Про роль

Шукаємо Founding Engineer (Flutter & Backend), який очолить технічну розробку продукту з 0 до 1 — від архітектури та MVP до production-ready mobile ecosystem.

Це роль для людини, яка не просто виконує задачі, а веде продукт технічно: приймає рішення, будує архітектуру, інтегрує сервіси, відповідає за стабільність, релізи та швидкість delivery.

Робота буде в тісній зв’язці з AI Engineer, Product Manager та User Acquisition Manager.
 

Ключовий фокус — перетин mobile, backend, AI, product logic та user experience.

Ми шукаємо інженера “AI-era” — людину, яка працює швидко, мислить системно і активно використовує AI-інструменти (Codex, Claude Code) для прискорення розробки.

Що потрібно буде робити

• End-to-End розробка застосунку Watchover на Flutter (iOS/Android), котрий допоможе створити безпечне середовище для перегляду контенту.
• Побудова Backend-for-Frontend (BFF): Розгортання та підтримка бекенд-інфраструктури (наприклад, Supabase або Firebase). Написання Cloud/Edge Functions для агрегації даних.
• Оркестрація взаємодії з AI-сервісами: Побудова асинхронних флоу між застосунком, BFF та автономними AI-мікросервісами. Налаштування real-time синхронізації (WebSockets / Firestore), щоб батьки могли миттєво керувати доступами дитини.
• Налаштовувати subscriptions та mobile payments через RevenueCat / Adapty / In-App Purchase
• Інтегрувати web payments та billing flows через Stripe
• Будувати продуктову аналітику через Firebase Analytics / Amplitude / Mixpanel
• Працювати з attribution systems: AppsFlyer / Adjust
• Налаштовувати push notifications та deep linking flows
