Data Analyst
We are looking for Regular Data Analyst (Internal Luxoft Project).
The job purpose is to co-create a trusted data environment for the executive management and internal clients required for business decision-making by applying various data analysis, visualization tools, and techniques.
The project focuses on supporting internal business operations through analytical reporting, executive presentations, and cross-functional collaboration with multiple business lines.
The Regular Data Analyst will be responsible for preparing MS PowerPoint presentations for leadership and stakeholders, delivering regular and ad-hoc reporting tasks, analyzing business performance metrics, and partnering with different business units to support strategic decision-making.
The role also includes data validation, dashboard maintenance and ensuring timely delivery of analytical insights.
You will work alongside BI and Data Analysts, DWH experts, contributing to the development and maintenance of the corporate reporting eco-system.
Responsibilities:
โข Provide business performance reporting, manipulating, and joining different data sets in the most appropriate format for the stakeholders
โข Perform ad-hoc reporting, extracting data from corporate data sources
โข Provide regular reporting required for Executive meetings
โข Take part in cross-domain deep-dive projects, delivering and highlighting insights, facts, and trends for executive decisions
โข Take part in internal Reporting & Analytics initiatives aimed at further development, and improvement of a data-driven culture
โข Communicate with internal stakeholders: BI analysts, DWH, Business & Back-office streams (Sales, Billing & Contracting team), Executive ManagementMandatory Skills Description:
MS PowerPoint: Advanced user of Microsoft PowerPoint for creating executive-level business presentations, analytical storytelling, KPI summaries, and stakeholder-ready reporting materials. Skilled in data visualization, presentation structuring, animation setup, template customization, and translating complex analytical insights into business-friendly narratives.
MS Excel: Strong expertise in optimizing reporting processes, handling large datasets, and developing automated reporting solutions for business stakeholders.
Data Analysis: Strong analytical expertise in collecting, transforming, validating, and interpreting business data to support strategic and operational decision-making.Nice-to-Have Skills Description:
SQL: basic knowledge of SQL for data extraction, transformation, validation, and analysis across large relational databases.
Tableau & PowerBI: user experience
