Web Analyst

RedCore is an international business group that creates technological solutions for digital markets. Our products and services cover fintech, marketing, e-commerce, customer service, communications, and regulatory technologies. 

We are looking for a Web Analyst to join our team!

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in web or product analytics;
Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets;
Experience with web analytics and event-based tracking;
Understanding of product funnels, conversion metrics, and user behavior analysis;
Experience with data validation, reconciliation, and data quality control;
Ability to build dashboards and translate data into actionable insights;
Good understanding of ETL processes and data structures.

Will be plus

Experience in fintech or other high-load digital products;
Experience with fraud, bonus abuse, or suspicious user behavior analysis;
Knowledge of A/B testing and experiment analysis;
Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker;
Familiarity with Python for analytical tasks;
Experience working with clickstream data.

Responsibilities:

Control of tracking completeness and event data quality across the website;
Analysis of key product funnels and user behavior;
Identification of UX friction points and growth opportunities;
Monitoring of data quality and investigation of discrepancies across sources;
Analysis of suspicious user behavior and abnormal activity patterns;
Preparation of dashboards, reports, and analytical findings for product teams;
Documentation of metrics, event logic, and data definitions.
