About the role
We're looking for a Head of Sales to own our sales engine end to end. Cowchain has grown to 150+ delivered projects and $180M+ in combined market cap across our clients—now we want a sales leader who can turn that track record into a predictable, repeatable pipeline.
You'll inherit a small existing team (SDR, LeadGen, ops support) and full marketing support. Your job: bring a systematic approach; build processes that actually drive results—not paperwork for the sake of paperwork; and personally close deals when it matters.
We're not looking for someone who only manages from behind a dashboard. We want a player-coach who's not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get into the work alongside the team.
What you'll do
- Own the full sales cycle: from outbound strategy to deal closure
- Build and refine processes: lead qualification, pipeline management, CRM hygiene, reporting cadence
- Lead and grow the existing sales team: hire, coach, and set the bar
- Partner with marketing on lead generation, positioning, and content that converts
- Close deals personally, especially complex Web3 and enterprise accounts
- Define KPIs, forecasts, and revenue targets—and deliver against them
- Work directly with C-level on strategy, pricing, and new market opportunities
What we're looking for
- Proven experience as a Head of Sales / Sales Lead in an IT outsourcing company (any vertical—blockchain, web/mobile dev, marketing services, PHP—what matters is services-based B2B sales)
- Track record of building sales processes that produced measurable revenue growth (not just nice-looking funnels)
- Hands-on mindset: comfortable jumping into calls, writing outreach, and closing deals yourself
- Strong people management—you can lead, hire, and develop a small team
Nice to have
- Basic understanding of Web3, blockchain, or crypto
- Experience selling custom development services to startups and product companies
- Familiarity with modern outbound tools, CRMs, and sales automation
