Business Analyst

Stellar Logic specializes in custom IT solutions for international clients. We help businesses build internal systems and enterprise software that power their operations — from complex business logic to full-scale automation.

As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a Business Analyst who loves diving deep into how businesses work, untangling complex processes, and turning them into clear actionable tasks for the development team.

Responsibilities

• Be the Bridge: Act as the primary link between European clients and our development team — calls, requirements, and difficult conversations included.
• Lead Discovery: Dive deep into the client’s business, conduct requirements and discovery sessions, identify the “pains” that our software can solve.
• Design the Logic: Transform vague client wishes into clear User Stories, process maps, and functional requirements that the team can act on.
• Own the Backlog: Prioritize tasks and ensure the development team always has a clear roadmap across 2–3 projects simultaneously.
• Run Grooming Sessions: Break down features, clarify scope, and remove ambiguity before it reaches the developers.
• Ensure Quality: Validate that the final product truly meets the client’s business needs and maintains the integrity of the system’s logic.

Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years as a BA in outsourcing or consulting, working directly with development teams.
• Communication: Fluent English for direct, real-time collaboration with international clients.
• Technical Intuition: Ability to understand technical constraints and explain them clearly to a client.
• Agile Mindset: Solid understanding of Scrum and Kanban — in practice, not just on paper.
• The Toolbox: Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Miro, BPMN/UML.
• Soft Skills: Structural thinker, proactive problem-solver, skilled facilitator who can navigate ambiguous requirements.
