Product Manager

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Product Owner with approximately 2 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related role. You will work closely with stakeholders, designers, developers, and QA teams to help deliver high-quality digital products that solve real user problems and support business goals.

This role is ideal for someone who has already participated in the product development lifecycle and is ready to take greater ownership of product planning, backlog management, and feature delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the product backlog, ensuring priorities align with business objectives.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and user requirements.
• Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specifications.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, and business stakeholders throughout the development process.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value, user needs, and technical considerations.
• Support product discovery through market research, competitor analysis, and user feedback.
• Monitor product performance and collect insights to drive continuous improvements.
• Assist in defining product roadmaps and release plans.
• Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience as a Product Owner, Project Manager, Business Analyst, or similar role.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product development processes.
• Experience managing product backlogs and writing user stories.
• Ability to translate business requirements into actionable development tasks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Practical experience using AI tools, with an understanding of AI concepts, workflows, and their application in product development. 
• Familiarity with tools such as:
