Growth/Partnerships Manager
We are building an AI-powered digital health platform that helps people better understand their symptoms, laboratory results, and health priorities.
The platform combines symptom assessment, biomarker analysis, personalized recommendations, and progress tracking into a single experience. Our mission is to make preventive and personalized healthcare more accessible through technology.
The product is already launched and actively evolving. We are now looking for a proactive Growth & Partnerships Manager who will help us find users, build partnerships, and identify scalable growth opportunities.
What You Will Do
- Identify and test new user acquisition channels
- Find and engage potential partners:
- laboratories
- private clinics
- nutritionists
- wellness professionals
- health communities
- Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, email, and social platforms
- Build relationships with online communities and influencers
- Support launch campaigns and product promotion
- Collect feedback from users and partners
- Analyze growth opportunities and propose experiments
- Work directly with the founder on growth strategy
- Help expand both Ukrainian and English-speaking audiences
Requirements
- Experience in Growth, Business Development, Marketing, Partnerships, Community Management, or related roles
- Strong communication skills
- English level Upper-Intermediate or higher
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- Interest in startups, digital products, AI, health, wellness, or technology
- Proactive mindset and willingness to experiment
Will Be a Plus
- Experience with startups or SaaS products
- LinkedIn outreach experience
- Community building experience
- Knowledge of HealthTech, Wellness, Biohacking, or Preventive Health
- Experience working with international audiences
