HubSpot Specialist for CRM Redesign and Re-Implementation
We are looking for a hands-on HubSpot Technical Consultant to audit, clean up, redesign, and reconfigure an existing HubSpot CRM setup.
This is not a purely business analysis, project management, or marketing strategy role. We need someone who can both understand business processes and technically implement improvements inside HubSpot.
The current HubSpot environment has already been implemented, but the CRM structure, data model, pipelines, workflows, and reporting setup need to be reviewed and rebuilt in a cleaner, more scalable way.
What you will do
Audit the existing HubSpot CRM setup and identify configuration, process, and data structure issues
Review and improve CRM architecture, including properties, pipelines, lifecycle stages, custom objects, associations, lists, and segmentation
Reconfigure HubSpot based on actual sales, marketing, service, and operational processes
Build, adjust, and optimize workflows, automations, notifications, task flows, and routing logic
Clean up duplicated, outdated, or poorly structured CRM data and configuration
Improve reporting, dashboards, funnel visibility, and pipeline tracking
Recommend best-practice solutions and explain trade-offs to the client/team
Support configuration across Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, Service Hub, and Operations Hub if needed
Document key changes and provide clear recommendations for future CRM scalability
What we are looking for
Strong hands-on experience configuring HubSpot CRM, not just analyzing requirements
Ability to work directly inside HubSpot and make technical configuration changes independently
Good understanding of CRM structure: contacts, companies, deals, tickets, custom objects, associations, lifecycle stages, pipelines, and properties
Experience with HubSpot workflows, automations, lists, reports, dashboards, and data cleanup
Ability to review an existing setup, identify what is wrong, and propose a better architecture
Consulting mindset: you should be able to challenge unclear requirements, ask the right questions, and recommend the best solution
Understanding of sales, marketing, and service processes inside HubSpot
Ability to communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders and explain technical CRM decisions in simple language
Experience working with messy or previously implemented HubSpot portals is highly preferred
Nice to have
Experience with Operations Hub, data sync, integrations, custom objects, or HubSpot API
Experience migrating or restructuring HubSpot portals
Experience with CRM cleanup, deduplication, data imports/exports, and property mapping
Experience working with B2B sales or service-based companies
Important
Please apply only if you have real hands-on HubSpot implementation/configuration experience.
This role is not suitable for candidates whose experience is mainly:
Business analysis without HubSpot configuration
Project management
General CRM consulting without hands-on HubSpot work
Marketing strategy without technical HubSpot setup experience
Basic HubSpot user-level experience
