Technical Product Manager

We are looking for a Technical Product Manager / Product Manager to own the wallet infrastructure domain within our payments product. 

This role focuses on building secure, scalable, and compliant wallet and custody infrastructure that enables users to deposit, withdraw, and manage digital assets. You will define the product strategy and requirements for hot/cold wallet architecture, custody models, key management, internal ledgering, fund flows, reconciliation, transaction policies, and staking infrastructure. This is a hands-on product role for someone who can write clear PRDs, challenge technical decisions, and turn complex infrastructure, compliance, and operational needs into executable product requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own the wallet infrastructure roadmap, including hot/cold wallet architecture, custody model, and key management requirements.
• Lead vendor evaluation and integration for wallet infrastructure providers such as BitGo, Fireblocks, or similar platforms.
• Define product requirements for internal ledgering and fund flows, including deposits, withdrawals, sweeps, and reconciliation.
• Design policy and control requirements for transaction limits, whitelists, approval workflows, and operational risk controls.
• Lead the staking product lifecycle, from infrastructure requirements and partner coordination to the end-user experience.
• Partner with Compliance, Legal, Engineering, and Operations to implement AML screening, Travel Rule workflows, and regulatory reporting requirements.

Requirements

• 2+ years in a Product Manager or Technical Product Manager role at a financial platform or crypto-native fintech
• Direct experience owning or contributing to wallet/custody infrastructure in production
• Hands-on experience with BitGo, Fireblocks, or similar custody solutions in a live environment
• Deep understanding of hot/cold wallet architecture and internal ledger design at scale
• Ability to work at both strategic and technical level - you can write a PRD and go deep on API docs
• Strong opinions on MPC vs multisig, omnibus vs segregated - backed by real experience

Will be a plus

• Experience migrating between custody providers
• Worked at a platform with 1M+ users
• Experience with staking operations at scale
• Familiarity with Travel Rule compliance and AML tooling (Chainalysis, Elliptic)
