Junior Project Manager

And now we are looking for a Project Manager who not only manages tasks, but takes ownership of project outcomes.

This role is suited for someone with a product-oriented mindset, strong communication skills, and a high level of responsibility.

Responsibilities:

• Manage projects across all stages: from pre-sale and discovery to delivery and post-release support
• Translate business needs into clear requirements and actionable plans
• Work closely with engineering and design teams throughout the development lifecycle
• Establish and maintain effective project processes and workflows
• Communicate with clients, provide regular updates, and manage expectations
• Track progress, timelines, and key deliverables
• Identify risks, escalate issues, and drive resolutions
• Make decisions in conditions of uncertainty and limited information
• Ensure quality delivery and alignment with project goals
• Contribute to product improvements and suggest better solutions when needed
• Support team collaboration and maintain a productive working environment

You should have:

• B2+ English (written and spoken) — must-have
• Strong skills in writing, structuring, and analyzing requirements
• Understanding of UX principles and practices
• Basic technical knowledge (APIs, deployment, system architecture)
• Solid understanding of web-based systems and development processes
• Strong communication skills with both clients and technical teams
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage multiple streams of work
• Analytical thinking and structured problem-solving approach
• Ability to take ownership and responsibility for project outcomes
• Confidence working in challenging situations with stakeholders
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Nice to have:

• Product mindset and understanding of business goals
• Experience working in small teams and custom development environments
• Experience building prototype with Figma or similar
• Any programming background (optional, but a plus)
• Experience working with international clients
