About the role

 

We are looking for a Lead Generator who can identify the right prospects, build high-quality lead lists, launch personalized outreach, and help turn interest into booked meetings. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, curious, comfortable with tools, and motivated by performance.

You will work directly with outbound campaigns for software development companies and communicate with decision-makers such as founders, CEOs, CTOs, Heads of Engineering, and product leaders. In addition to outreach, you will also use AI tools to help create custom technical proposals tailored to each prospect’s needs.

 

Key responsibilities

  • Research and identify target companies and decision-makers in the US and EU markets using defined ICP criteria.
  • Build and maintain lead lists in Apollo.io and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Launch and manage outbound email and LinkedIn campaigns through Reply.io and related tools.
  • Write and personalize outreach messages for different buyer segments and industries.
  • Send connection requests, follow-up messages, and cold emails in line with campaign goals.
  • Qualify interested leads and book meetings for the sales team.
  • Track campaign results, maintain clean records, and report on activity, replies, and booked calls.
  • Use AI tools such as Perplexity and Claude to research prospects, summarize company needs, and create custom technical proposals for potential clients.
  • Support proposal creation by turning prospect pain points into structured solution ideas, use cases, and next-step recommendations.

You will be expected to work confidently with the following tools:

  • Apollo.io β€” lead sourcing, enrichment, segmentation, and list building.
  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator β€” prospect research, account targeting, buyer discovery, and outreach support.
  • Reply.io β€” multichannel outreach, sequences, follow-ups, and response management.
  • Jason AI by Reply.io β€” AI-assisted outbound workflow support and sales communication.
  • Perplexity β€” research, idea generation, and proposal support.
  • Claude β€” drafting, rewriting, summarizing, and structuring customized proposals.
  • Google Sheets / CRM tools β€” tracking leads, statuses, and campaign performance.

 

What success looks like 
 

In this role, success means:

  • Building accurate, relevant lead lists consistently.
  • Running outreach campaigns with strong attention to personalization and data quality.
  • Generating qualified conversations and booked calls for the sales team.
  • Creating useful, client-ready technical proposal drafts with AI support.
  • Improving campaign performance over time through testing and iteration.

 

Candidate profile

 

We would like to meet someone who has:

  • Experience in lead generation, SDR, appointment setting, or outbound sales.
  • Confidence using Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and outreach tools.
  • Strong written English for email and LinkedIn communication.
  • Good research and analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
  • Interest in software development, IT services, or B2B tech sales.
  • Comfort using AI tools to speed up research and improve proposal quality.

 

Nice to have

  • Experience selling or generating leads for software development or outsourcing companies.
  • Understanding of software services, team extension, product development, or AI solutions.
  • Experience writing technical or semi-technical proposals.
  • Familiarity with founders, CTO, and engineering buyer personas in the US market.

 

Compensation

  • Fixed wage: $1,000/month
  • Performance bonus based on results, such as qualified meetings booked, opportunity quality, or campaign performance
