Product Manager (Telecom Infrastructure / AI)

We are looking for a Product Manager to help evolve a platform focused on planning, managing, and optimizing telecommunications infrastructure deployments.

About the Client

Our client is a US-based product company that develops a platform for planning, managing, and optimizing telecommunications infrastructure projects.

The team is actively integrating AI capabilities into the product, including AI assistants and AI agents designed to automate operational processes, support project planning, improve resource management, and increase user productivity.

Responsibilities

• Drive product evolution and contribute to the future direction of the platform
• Work closely with customers and stakeholders to understand operational challenges and user needs
• Translate business requirements into product requirements and user-centric solutions
• Lead product discussions and facilitate alignment across teams
• Improve user experience across web and mobile workflows
• Identify friction points and opportunities for automation
• Support the adoption of AI-powered features and AI agents within the platform
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams throughout the product lifecycle
• Contribute to product strategy and roadmap development

Requirements

• Experience working as a Product Manager
• Availability to work with partial overlap with US time zones (afternoon schedule)
• Experience driving product discovery and product evolution initiatives
• Ability to work closely with customers and stakeholders to identify user needs and operational challenges
• Experience translating business requirements into product requirements
• Strong focus on user experience and customer-centric product development
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Understanding of complex operational processes and workflows
• Experience with telecommunications products, Fiber Deployment, Fiber Network Planning, GIS, or solutions for infrastructure planning and management
• Excellent communication skills
• Interest in AI and emerging technologies
