About the Project
You will join a fast-growing broadcast technology company developing a cloud-native SaaS platform for the global media industry. The product helps broadcasters, streaming platforms, and content owners manage, distribute, and monetize video services, including live events and FAST channels. The company serves customers worldwide and uses cloud-native and AI-powered technologies to simplify operations and support scalable growth.
Project Highlights
- Direct collaboration with C-level leadership and an experienced CMO.
- Work with a global broadcasting and streaming technology product used by major media brands, including Paramount+ and NBA.
- Exposure to well-known customers, industry partners, and major international events.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and delivery of key industry events, including international exhibitions and smaller regional conferences.
- Coordinate website improvements, landing pages, blogs, white papers, case studies, and client success stories.
- Maintain and prioritize the marketing backlog across campaigns, content, website updates, CRM administration, and operational tasks.
- Oversee HubSpot CRM, workflows, forms, automation, reporting, and contact databases.
- Assist with outbound marketing campaigns using tools such as Instantly and HubSpot.
- Develop marketing assets in Canva and coordinate the production of product videos and presentations.
- Collaborate closely with sales, product, leadership, developers, agencies, and freelancers.
- Identify ways to improve marketing performance through AI tools, automation, and process optimization.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in marketing.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in marketing operations, with the ability to manage multiple marketing initiatives (e.g., events, website updates, content, campaigns, and backlog management)
- 1+ year of experience working with CRM systems and marketing automation tools, such as HubSpot or similar platforms.
- 1+ year of experience with automated outbound or email campaigns using tools such as Apollo, Instantly or similar platforms.
- Upper-Intermediate+ English level
