Business Analyst

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team.
 

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects

- Strong skills in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements

- Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, and process flows

- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies

- Experience working with Jira, Confluence, Miro, or similar tools

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

- Upper-Intermediate English or higher
 

Responsibilities

- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders

- Translate business needs into clear functional requirements

- Create and maintain project documentation

- Work closely with developers, designers, QA engineers, and product managers

- Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies

- Support the team throughout the software development lifecycle
 

Nice to Have

- Experience in SaaS products

- Knowledge of BPMN, UML, or process modeling techniques

- Experience working with APIs and integrations

- Technical background or understanding of software architecture
