SEO Team Lead

We are an international holding with 4+ years of experience and a team of 1,600+ specialists. Our portfolio includes 10+ large-scale projects operating across Tier 1–3 markets.

We are currently looking for an SEO Team Lead to join one of our partner companies — a professional SEO team specializing in highly competitive iGaming and casino niches. The company focuses on building and scaling SEO-driven products where a systematic approach, strong execution, and measurable results are at the core of every project.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining hands-on SEO expertise with team leadership, process optimization, and strategic planning. You will play a key role in scaling the SEO department, developing people, and driving long-term growth across multiple projects and brands.

What you'll do:

• Develop and execute SEO strategies across a portfolio of projects and international brands
• Build, manage, and mentor teams of SEO specialists and subject matter experts
• Optimize workflows and processes to improve scalability and team efficiency
• Work with highly competitive GEOs, adapting strategies to search engine updates and market changes
• Collaborate with product, content, development, and business teams to maximize traffic monetization

• Monitor performance, identify growth opportunities, and drive continuous SEO improvements

   

What we're looking for:

• Strong hands-on SEO expertise, including technical SEO, indexing, redirects, canonicals, crawling, and search engine algorithms
• Experience leading SEO teams or departments and scaling processes
• Background managing large website portfolios and multi-brand SEO structures
• Experience in highly competitive niches, ideally iGaming, Casino, or Affiliate Marketing
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking with a data-driven approach to decision-making

• Ability to balance ambitious growth goals with realistic execution plans and resource management
